Tim Shields, President and General Manager. Tim has been working in the heating and cooling Indianapolis business for over 15 years. He began his career in sales and worked his way up to Operations Manager for a local company. He purchased Mid-West Heating and Cooling in 2008 and changed the name to Mid-West Comfort Express to better reflex his dedication to making his customer’s comfortable and happy with quick, efficient and friendly service. Tim received his BA from IUPUI and his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. Tim is very active in the community. You can often see him attending meetings for the Greater Greenwood Chamber of Commerce and Rainmakers. He knows how important it is to be available to his customers as well. Many times when the phones get busy, you will find yourself talking to him when you call in. When he’s in the office, he will always take the time to speak with his customers to learn more about their needs.
Jeff Faubion, Operations Manager and Comfort Specialist. Jeff has been with Mid-West Comfort Express since 2009. He came to us after working with several HVAC companies for the prior 20 years. He worked his way up through the ranks beginning his career in HVAC as an installer. He is NATE certified and is very knowledgeable in the heating and cooling industry. In addition to his strong knowledge he also has a passion for the industry and making sure his customers are a perfect fit for the heating and cooling system he recommends. Jeff spends a bit of time on the golf course when he can and as much time as possible with his family. However, most of the time you will find him in a customer’s home working to solve all of their heating and cooling needs.
